For the five or so of you who may be on Oppo tonight - do I:
- watch live, on my couch, en español?
- watch live, at my office, in English?
- watch tomorrow and hope I can figure out when the replay is before it happens?
Issues being that I’m nowhere near fluent in Spanish, I don’t feel like going anywhere, and Comcast won’t let me look up schedules for channels that I don’t pay for (which is absurdly effing stupid, by the way).

I’d go for English at the office, but then I’m at work, watching F1 in English...

Hahahaha no. I mean I guess I could DVR it in Spanish but that doesn’t help! I don’t get nbcsn and work doesn’t have a DVR.

Yeah I just don’t fancy being at the office from 11pm-1am on a Saturday night! Maybe I can find a way to stream that works on mobile.

I’ll sometimes watch the Azerbaijan stream. Have zero clue what they are saying but it’s a free way to watch the race(that I believe is legal). It doesn’t usually start until right before the race and it ends before the podium.
Hopefully the new owners make a global streaming service available.

Yeah, Univision (?) or someone has it included in my cable package, so if I picked non-English I’d probably go that route! I can pick up on a smidgen of Spanish. I’m just more irritated that I can’t figure out when the replay is, because I could grab breakfast and head to the office.

I’d go at home in Spanish just because I’d much, much rather be at home than at the office. You might not understand the broadcast analysis but you’ll still see the race and I’m sure you’ll be able to understand what’s going on.

I usually stream Sky Sports F1 using the vast resources of the google. The image quality isn’t good, but it’s good enough (seems to be better this year than in previous ones), but the coverage is great, there are no commercials, and Martin Brundle is a commentator.

I did manage to get linked to one for that race. I enjoyed it except I missed the constant streaming of placement for everyone they aren’t filming at the moment. I just have to be careful with the less-than-legal options since I don’t own my own computer (just a work one).

There was something wrong with the feed all weekend. Normally they have the positions in the upper right for a good portion of every session, but it was almost never there this weekend and yeah, it sucked. That’s all from Formula One Management though, not the broadcasters so they were all like that.

Oh ok! Yeah between the image quality and the new livery I was struggling a bit, though the attrition rate definitely made it easier as the race went on. Looking forward to China!
